Payment
We currently have two methods of payment for your additional services. Cheque and the PayPal Service. If you wish to pay by credit card, debit card, or straight out of your chequing or savings account, you can use the PayPal service. For more details of how the PayPal Service works, please visit their website at www.paypal.com
To use the PayPal system, simply order your additional services via the link above, when you have completed your order, you will have an invoice that you can print. Simply go to the PayPal website, login as yourself and select to Send Money. You need to enter the e-mail address of whom you wish to pay, enter billing@corefusion.com and then enter the amount that is reflected on your invoice. Once we receive your payment and verify it against the invoice that you submit, we will activate the services that you request.
To pay by cheque, follow the same process as above, then when you print your invoice, send a copy of the invoice along with your cheque to:

Refunds
Refunds
All services are billed in advance for one year. In the event that you wish to discontinue your services, simply inform us of your intention via e-mail to: billing@corefusion.com, stating your intention to discontinue and a phone number where you can be reached for verification. Once we confirm your intention to discontinue the services, we will refund the remainder of your account starting on the next full month. You will still have access to the account for this time. You must inform us before the 15th of the month to get a refund for the following month, otherwise, your account will be active for an additional month.
For example, if you tell us on January 12, that you wish to discontinue your service and you have paid until the end of August, we will refund your fees from February - August, and you will still be able to access your account until the end of January. However, if you inform us on January 21, we will refund your fees from March - August and you will still be able to access your account until the end of February.
Any accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service will be subject to a fee of 50% of the remaining funds in the account at the time of termination.
